Dorney Park in Allentown, PA is seeking returning Human Resource Associates to assist seasonal onboarding and play a key role in associate engagement and retention. You’ll work in a team setting to ensure smooth new-hire processing and compliance with policies.

• Collaborate with HR leadership to learn about the different s pecialties in the H uman R esources department .
• Work on specialized project s in areas such as recruitme nt, training, and associate engagement / relations.
• Maintain special events calendar to promote a positive company culture.
