Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation invites you to join the Dorney Park team for a spring internship in Allentown, PA. This role supports seasonal onboarding and HR/HCMS activities, with up to 30 hours per week and a pay rate of $16 per hour.

Gain exposure to confidentiality, policy administration, and collaboration with HR leadership; learn about different HR specialties while enjoying perks and a dynamic theme-park environment.

Joining our Dorney Park team means you’llwork in a team setting to assist seasonal onboarding and play a key role in HCMS management and compliance.

This position is a maximum of 30 hours per week starting in early 2027 for a spring internship.

• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and organization to ensure Federal, State and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and practicesutilizing park computer programs including our ATS and HCMS.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to learn about the different specialties in the Human Resources department.
