Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is seeking a spring internship in Human Resources at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom. This role offers up to 30 hours per week starting in early 2027, focusing on onboarding, compliance, and HR administration within a fun, fast-paced environment.

You will learn HR processes, policies, and support functions while gaining exposure to a diverse team and seasonal operations across the park. Paid training and employee perks are included.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Willingness to help guests and colleagues and learn HR processes.
• Availability for some weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Commitment to safety and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and HR compliance tasks for the Dorney Park team.
• Assist with administration of company policies and HR practices using park systems.
• Interact with guests and associates to learn HR functions and departmental specialties.

Joining our Dorney Park team means you’ll work in a team setting to assist seasonal onboarding and play a key role in HCMS management and compliance.

This position is a maximum of 30 hours per week starting in early 2027 for a spring internship.

You’ll also...

• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and organization to ensure Federal, State and HIPAA compliance.

• Assist with administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and practices utilizing park computer programs including our ATS and HCMS.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to learn about the different specialties in the Human Resources department.
