Job summary

Echo Global Logistics in Chicago is offering a 10-week HR internship within the HR team. You will work on real projects, learn from logistics professionals, and gain hands-on experience across recruiting campaigns, internship programs, and social media initiatives.

The Echo Trailblazers internship gives you the confidence, community, and communication skills needed to forge a new path. As a member of the Echo Global Logistics team, you'll work on real-world projects, learn from logistics legends, and work toward a common goal: simplifying transportation for our clients and carriers. You will be on the road to success as an Echo Trailblazer! As a HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and have daily projects to work on and grow your HR skills. No 2 days will be the same throughout the summer for you, as you will receive first hand experience of working within a growing HR team.

Responsibilities & Job Duties

• Partner with the specified HR team on a capstone project
• Research and assist with requests related to HR projects
• Projects may include assisting with Handshake recruiting campaigns , assisting and executing with internship programs, assist with social media campaigns, and more!

• Be willing to complete additional tasks that arise within the HR team

Requirements

• Must be able to start May 24th, 2027 and complete the entire 10 week program
• Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior, with at least one semester remaining after completion of internship
• Able to work in our Chicago office 3 days and hybrid 2 days a week
• No major or GPA requirements
