Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that practices are in compliance with local legislation and regulation.
- Maintain employees’ personal files and update employees’ details in the HR system.
- Perform monthly payroll processing, including preparations of IR21, IR8A, leave pay, and claims.
- Prepare necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, job increments, promotions, and miscellaneous letters when staff request for ICA, MOE, MOM.
- Plan, prepare, coordinate, and administer employees’ training programs and journeys.
- Handle and liaise with insurance brokers on insurance claims, work injury compensations, and all related documentation.
- Perform duties related to welfare matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, such as annual leave, leave of absence, medical leave, etc. Input off-in-lieu as required for public holidays and pre-approval by management.
- Verify claims with proper record-keeping and monitor staff entitlements for outpatient and inpatient medical claims.
- Handle interactions with government bodies on HR-related matters, including MOM’s verification of foreign worker stays, and liaising with HDB and MOM for foreign worker and house owner verifications, surveys, and reports.
- Manage home leave applications for foreign workers, seek approvals, purchase air tickets for resigning workers, and handle levy waivers for workers returning from home leave.
- Oversee and manage all work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure workers possess mandatory courses, update personal details, and handle related matters for foreign workers.
- Conduct the full spectrum of talent acquisition processes, including hiring, ensuring recruitment documents are in order, posting jobs, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation, IR21, and clearance procedures.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities, maintain employee records, and prepare HR-related documents.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
