Objective of the Position: This position is responsible for a wide range of human resource functions including recruiting, HRIS administration, new hire orientation, compliance, training, organizational development, and event management.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage E-Time and coordinate with supervisors to ensure daily corrections, including issuing points, managing benefit balances, and training staff on system use.
• Process all new hires and conduct onboarding, including trainings as per checklists.
• Handle employee terminations, maintain attendance records, and prepare HR reports.
• Support recruiting efforts: posting ads, screening, interviewing, testing, background checks, and extending offers.
• Assist with employee data management, payroll issues, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Support safety and compliance audits, handle employee issues, and assist with HR communications and leave management.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Support safety initiatives and quality standards.
• Travel domestically as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum one year HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain confidentiality.
