Job summary

EVCO Plastics in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is seeking an HR Generalist to support compliant people practices at the site, ensuring fair application of HR policies, risk mitigation, and timely guidance for employees and leaders. The role leads end-to-end talent acquisition, administers HR policies, investigates employee relations matters, and supports performance management and training.

• Lead talent acquisition activities end to end, covering sourcing, job description review, interviews and testing, offers, transfers/promotions, onboarding and orientation, and I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
• Manage employee relations matters through thorough investigations, recommendations, and follow-through with appropriate parties.
• Support performance management processes and training initiatives related to pay for performance.
• Monitor incident reports, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and leaves of absence.
• Maintain personnel files, site access and security cards, as well as meeting documentation; partner with corporate benefits to deliver programs.
