Job summary

Amcor LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR program administration, supporting a fast-paced workforce.

You will build relationships with local schools and community organizations, ensure HR records accuracy, stay informed on employment laws, and help managers address performance and workplace issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 2–4 years HR experience preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS/workforce management systems such as Workday/UKG preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and developing candidate pipelines.
  • Build relationships with local schools, workforce development organizations, and community partners to support staffing initiatives.
  • Administer HR programs and services, including employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, performance management, and leave administration.
  • Coordinate HR records, systems, and processes to ensure compliance and support employee lifecycle activities.
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR policies and workplace issues; prepare HR reports and metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and stay current on employment laws and best practices.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
