Ogden-Weber Technical College offers a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage with the College paying 90% of premiums. Because the College does not participate in Social Security, an amount equal to 6.2% of salary is contributed by the College to employees' 401(k) retirement account. Employees can also receive up to an additional 3% contribution from the College by contributing 6% of their salary to the 401(k) plan.

In this highly influential leadership role, you will direct major human resource functions including employee relations, classification, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, workforce planning, performance management, training and development, HR metrics, and office coordination. As a key member of the College leadership team, you will help shape strategic vision, drive continuous process improvement, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and provide expert guidance on complex human resource matters. You will partner with administrators, supervisors, and employees across the College to develop policies, implement best practices, support operational excellence, and foster a workplace culture where individuals thrive, teams succeed, and integrity guides every decision. Through collaborative leadership and a commitment to learning and innovation, you will play a vital role in building an engaged workforce that serves our students, employees, and community with excellence.
Incumbents in this position reports to the Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services.
It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Must pass a thorough background investigation.
Typically, Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This is NOT a remote position.
