Building Location: Essentia Health Moose Lake Hospital Department: 1007250 HR BUSINESS PARTNERS - EH SS Job Description: Partners with business leaders to develop and direct HR strategies, programs and initiatives that support the overall direction and goals of Essentia Health. Advises leaders on talent strategies and supports leaders in executing on their business objectives. Provides strategic consultative skills and serves as a trusted advisor to assigned leaders. Provides coaching and feedback. Provides actionable analytics to leadership to improve decision making. Makes recommendations for action or change based on data. Leads change by partnering with leaders on planning, implementing and communicating necessary changes and involving employees. Drives performance consulting, including ensuring expectations align with business strategy. Proactively works to influence organizational culture consistent with mission, vision and values. Partners with department leaders to identify and meet workforce needs and ensure organizational effectiveness and meeting business objectives. Assists with the development of plans to increase top talent and differentiate the development of employees. Understands staff competencies/gaps; and makes recommendations regarding department structure and career development opportunities. Leverages strong relationships within operations and HR COE's to drive collaboration across the business. Supports leaders and employees in addressing performance issues. Models and implements a coaching approach to problem solving. Investigates a variety of employee issues/questions/concerns as assigned to determine all associated facts and assess magnitude of situation.

Business Partners in level III roles leverage their knowledge and understanding of the business and its operations to prioritize HR initiatives based on the business impact and the organizations strategic direction. Level III business partners provide strategic advice and counsel to the organizations executives and serve as a trusted advisor. They are skilled in coaching and consulting with executive level leadership to achieve optimal performance. In addition, HRBP III’s leverage the organizations data to predict the best HR interventions, programs and policies to make recommendations for actionable, strategic decisions. They support leaders at all levels, including assigned Vice Presidents and senior leaderships across the organization. In a level III role, HRBP's are expected to provide input and guidance to other members of the HR team and to organizational leaders, proactively identify opportunities and work on projects with high complexity, risk and scope. In this role, HRBP's will be asked to lead projects, identify opportunities and develop recommendations for improvements. Level III roles leverage their knowledge of the business and its operations to provide feedback regarding HR initiatives.

Work Experience:
5 years’ experience in Human Resources generalist, HRBP or other role that has allowed development and knowledge of several HR disciplines. Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR management or related field

Licensure/CertificationQualifications:

Compensation Range:

$83,428.80 - $125,153.60
