Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Oklahoma State University (OSU) and contribute to making OSU the best place to work! We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant-Associate to coordinate HR activities related to benefits data within our HR/Benefits systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and maintain benefits-related data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Develop criteria for and refine reports and edits.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual benefits projects.
Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, and other university departments, as well as institutions under the OSU/A&M umbrella.

Position Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
High School/GED
Two years customer service experience.
Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience.
Critical thinking skills and ability to work under general supervision on complex tasks.
Must be detail oriented with proficiency in basic Excel skills.
Must be able to accurately perform calculations using basic mathematics.
Excellent people skills required with proven ability to work in a close team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School/GED
Six years of experience in human resources or technical systems OR Bachelor’s degree in related field with two years of related experience.
Knowledge of Banner, EPAF's and other OSU systems.
