Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Human Relations Commission Regional Office in Harrisburg is hiring a Human Relations Representative 1 to investigate discrimination complaints, conduct interviews, and facilitate conciliation under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
You will review complaints, gather evidence, coordinate with legal staff, manage deadlines, and prepare investigative summaries; telework up to three days per week may be available, with an 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule.

This position enforces the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act by investigating and conciliating complaints of discrimination primarily in employment and public accommodations alleged to have occurred because of a protected class such as race, color, sex, national origin, ancestry, religious creed, age, familial status, disability, and/or retaliation. As a Human Relations Representative 1, you will perform the following duties:
