Qualifications

• Associate degree required in nutrition, dietetics, or related field.
• 1 year healthcare/clinical experience; equivalent education allowed.
• Serv-Safe certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and mathematical calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Human Milk Inventory Management using FIFO and inventory software.
• Communicate with RN, lactation consultant, dietitian and caregivers to verify orders and minimize waste.
• Prepare human milk feedings using aseptic technique and equipment.
• Order supplies and maintain the Nutrition Lab; participate in quality improvement.
