Qualifications

Master’s or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Experimental, Cognitive Psychology or related field.
At least five (5) years of experience in litigation support, forensics consulting, health and safety investigation, or relevant field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in experimental design, human subjects testing, instrumentation, data analysis, and programming (e.g. Matlab, SAS, SPSS, LabVIEW).
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Managing a range of consulting activities analyzing human perceptual, cognitive, and response capabilities in accidents.
Conducting hands-on inspections and analyzing human performance to investigate accidents and injuries.
Working on multi-disciplinary projects with case management and data processing support.
Conducting research to obtain and review technical data, literature, and standards.
Developing client contacts and preparing summaries of analyses.
Participating in design and evaluation of warnings and safety information.
Communicating complex analyses clearly to non-technical audiences.
Recruiting and developing junior staff; mentoring and guiding the team.
