Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a seasoned Human Factors Engineer to apply psychology, ergonomics, and design principles to maximize usability, safety, and mission performance for warfighters. You will drive human-centered solutions across hardware and software from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a Human Factors/Ergonomics/Industrial/Testing engineer.
M.S. Degree in Human Factors Psychology or related technical discipline.
Experience with MIL-STD-1472, MIL-STD-46855, and MIL-STD-882.
Eligibility to pursue a U.S. security clearance.
Experience with user research and ethnographic observation.

Responsibilities

Provide Human Factors support across multiple project teams and lines of business.
Promote user-centered design to optimize operator performance and acceptance.
Plan, conduct, and report usability testing across program lifecycles.
Create task analyses, user workflows, and personas for training and usability.
