Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Human Factors, Biomedical Engineering, Psychology, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field, or 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with human studies — UX, psychology research, or similar.
• Experience with data analysis — significance testing, correlations, cleaning raw signals, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal skills — listens, asks thoughtful questions, empathizes with users.
• Good written and verbal communication — creates clear slides with results and compelling arguments.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct user studies with participants and stakeholders.
• Analyze data and translate findings into design insights.
• Develop data analysis pipelines and apply statistical methods.
• Interpret results to inform hardware design decisions across products.
