Qualifications

• B.S. degree required with experience in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, HCI or related design discipline; MS or PhD preferred.
• In lieu of degrees, 3+ years of experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Define experience targets, interaction models, and success criteria for new product concepts, translating user needs, cognitive constraints, and behavioral insights into clear specifications that guide engineering implementation.
• Partner with product, design, engineering, and data leadership to shape product vision, influence technical tradeoffs, and ensure experiences are grounded in human-centered rationale.
• Conduct statistical (qualitative and quantitative) analysis of data to formulate insights.
• Visualize data and findings to deliver results to stakeholders.
