The Architect of the Capitol is hiring a Human Capital Program Specialist to advise on HR activities and improve workplace operations. This position requires specialized experience in human resources, particularly in staffing, recruitment, and policy analysis, appropriate to the GS-09 or GS-11 levels.
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief of Operations, House Office Buildings (HOB), is seeking a Human Capital Program Specialist to serve as a resource, consultant, and advisor to employees, supervisors, and management officials on Human Capital activities within the jurisdiction.
You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements, including specialized experience and/or educational requirements, by the closing date of the job announcement. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position successfully, typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, this experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
