Harris is seeking a Human Capital + Payroll Analyst to manage employee data, timekeeping, and weekly payroll activities across Human Capital, Payroll, Operations, and Accounting. The Purpose of Your Role as a Human Capital + Payroll Analyst
The Human Capital + Payroll Analyst will help keep employee data, time and attendance, and weekly payroll information accurate and moving on time. Working across Human Capital, Payroll, Operations, and Accounting, you'll manage employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, review payroll information, and help resolve issues before they impact employees. You'll become a go to resource for employees, leaders, unions, and project teams while building deep knowledge of Workday, Lumber, union agreements, wage requirements, and the payroll process from start to finish.
You’ll gain a broad understanding of how employee information moves from onboarding and Workday transactions through timekeeping, payroll, accounting, and employee records. You'll also work with a wide range of employees, leaders, unions, and operational teams, giving you a view into how Human Capital and Payroll support the business. As you build your knowledge, you'll have the opportunity to become a trusted resource for complex payroll questions and help improve the processes behind the employee experience.

Pay Range: $65,392.51 - $98,088.76 The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
