Position Overview

We have an excellent opportunity within our Firmwide Compensation team. You will be valued for your curiosity and innovative approach, directly impacting our talent management and retention strategies.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and advise on compensation programs aligned with firm strategy.
  2. Lead benchmarking initiatives, collaborating with consultants and peers, providing insights to leadership.
  3. Partner with HCM teams to structure new hire packages.
  4. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within Compensation.
  5. Analyze hiring and attrition trends to advise on talent strategies.
  6. Develop compensation policies, including financial modeling and implementation planning.
  7. Manage budgets and oversee the year-end compensation process.
  8. Mentor junior team members.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  3. Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and presenting insights.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  6. Advanced Excel skills, including vLookups, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
