VTG Defense is seeking an experienced Human Capital Consultant to support client training and human capital initiatives, evaluating training needs, preparing content inputs, and reviewing deliverables. You will collaborate with instructional designers, training developers, and client stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of management or strategy consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of federal HR principles and processes.
• Outstanding written communication across reports, memos, briefing papers, talking points, and presentations.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality products.
• Ability to collaborate across large teams and engage effectively with external stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to determine training focus, scope, and objectives.
• Evaluate existing training materials and identify gaps relative to user and mission needs.
• Develop detailed, high-quality content outlines aligned to curriculum requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness through enhanced content structure or updated learning approaches.
• Prepare content inputs, examples, data, workflows, and narrative materials used by instructional designers and training developers.
• Develop standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists to support consistency across training deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure training deliverables meet expectations.
• Review draft training products for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project quality parameters and client needs.
• Support development across multiple training modalities by providing content inputs and quality review (e.g., ILT, CBT, job aids, reference guides).
• Support UAT by developing test scripts and scenarios based on mission workflows and user requirements.
• Coordinate with IT teams to capture findings, support bug resolution, and confirm readiness for deployment.
• Work with client teams to understand business problems, define solution approaches, and support delivery activities.
• Engage external stakeholders to gather requirements and refine training content inputs.
• Work independently on client deliverables with a high degree of quality and accountability.
