• 5+ years of Property Manager or Regional Property Manager experience in the Multi-Family Industry.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for the properties in the portfolio and monitors financial performance.
• Ensures properties meet operational, financial, and business goals through reports and action plans.
• Leads and trains community managers and manages staffing at each property.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and retention through timely reporting and communication.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and drives occupancy and revenue growth.
• Oversees vendor contracts, progress, and financial processing for projects.
