Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Social Worker for HUD-VASH duties within the VA system. You will provide case management, psychosocial assessments, and treatment planning for Veterans and their families.

This is a full-time position requiring an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program and licensure eligibility. Ad-hoc telework is available; on-site work and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work from CSWE-accredited program.
• US citizenship and English proficiency.
• Post-MSW experience in Veterans health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for HUD-VASH participants (min. 25 Veterans).
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with VA facilities and community agencies.
• Document activities in EMR and prepare required reports.
