Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer information and analytical systems to evaluate and enhance the quality of services provided to patients.
• Independently perform case finding functions and outreach, identifying and screening patients for psychosocial needs.
• Independently conducts psychosocial assessments and diagnoses Veterans.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the Veteran and interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Provide psychosocial interventions with professional judgment and tie outcomes to service improvements.
