Qualifikationen

• MSW from CSWE-accredited school.
• Licensed to independently practice social work.
• US citizenship per VA policy.
• English language proficiency in speaking and writing.
• GS-11 requires post-MSW experience or doctoral substitution.

Aufgaben

• Provide case management for HUD‑VASH caseload of ~30–35 Veterans.
• Conduct outreach, screening, and psychosocial assessments; refer to VA/community resources.
• Coordinate VA and community-based services; arrange referrals.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with Veterans and families.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling for individuals, families, and groups.
• Offer consultation to staff on psychosocial needs and treatment impact.
