Pratum Companies in Gary, IN is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent for an affordable housing property. The role focuses on leasing apartments, maintaining occupancy, and ensuring HUD regulations compliance, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

You will process applications, verify income, manage marketing strategies, respond to leads, and coordinate with residents and vendors. Experience in HUD/Section 8 and proficiency with Yardi/OneSite are preferred; a college degree is optional.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum one year in residential property management.
• HUD/Section 8 experience preferred.
• Read and write English fluently.

Responsabilités

• Process applications, verify income, and complete HUD paperwork.
• Lease apartments and drive occupancy and revenue.
• Respond to internet leads and conduct property tours.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and audits of lease files.
• Use Yardi/OneSite for guest cards and traffic tracking.
• Adhere to all housing regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
