Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements and preparing an annual budget.
• Establishes rental rates by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs.
• Creates marketing plan and advertises vacancies; explains advantages of location and services; shows units.
• Contracts with residents by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits.
• Maintains property by addressing resident complaints; enforcing occupancy rules; inspecting units and coordinating repairs.
