Job summary

RevPartners LLC is seeking a HubSpot Technologist to design, configure, and optimize HubSpot and connected systems for scalable RevOps. You’ll translate business needs into reliable, measurable HubSpot solutions with a focus on data integrity and automation.

You’ll collaborate with RevOps Strategists and Engineering, map data models, and deliver complex projects on time. Remote, full-time US-based role with growth opportunities across our HubSpot practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets/Apps Scripting.
• 3+ years of HubSpot experience.
• 3+ years of Database Development.
• 3+ years Project Management.
• 3+ years Rest APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks.
• 3+ years HTML and React.
• 3+ years Python 3.x or Node.js scripting.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or Tray.io

Responsibilities

• Improve: Create custom HubSpot solutions within 6 months.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Map and integrate Multi-System Data Models.
• BLUF and communicate clearly to stakeholders.

Our HubSpot Technologists bridge business strategy with technical execution. Working alongside our RevOps Strategists and Engineering team, you'll design, configure, and optimize HubSpot and connected systems that enable scalable revenue operations.

You'll combine HubSpot expertise, systems thinking, and technical problem-solving to translate business requirements into reliable solutions, improve data integrity, automate processes, and deliver measurable outcomes for our partners.

What You’ll Do

• Improve: Be able to create custom solutions in HubSpot within the first 6 months.
• Build: Understand business and revenue operations objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Lead: Ability to map and integrate Multi-System Data Models
• Drive: Ability to BLUF and communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Plan: Ability to scope, plan, and deliver technically complex projects; documents architecture and workflows; communicate updates regularly

Success in this role is measured by your ability to translate business needs into scalable HubSpot solutions, deliver technically complex projects with quality and clarity, and build reliable systems that drive measurable outcomes for our partners.

Who You Are

This opportunity is for you if you have/can:

Required

• Minimum of 3 years with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets/Apps Scripting
• 3+ years of HubSpot
• 3+ years of Database Development
• 3+ years Project Management
• 3+ years Rest APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks
• 3+ years HTML and React
• 3+ years of Database Development
• 3+ years of Python 3.x or Node.js scripting experience
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or Tray.io
