Job summary

Moss Consulting in Austin, TX is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator & Executive Assistant to support Nicole Moss in markets and at our home office. You’ll travel with her, engage partners and clients, and ensure smooth operations through HubSpot.

This role centers on HubSpot mastery (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub), pipeline upkeep, outreach campaigns, and keeping CRM data current. Strong writing, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and coordinate cross‑functionally are essential.

Qualifications

• HubSpot experience across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub is required.
• Experience supporting an executive or sales leader directly (scheduling, meeting prep, travel coordination).
• Ability to manage pipelines, pull reports, and coordinate campaigns in HubSpot.
• Experience in a Fractional HR Outsourcing or similar professional services environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in the Austin home office supporting Nicole when in town and traveling with her to markets.
• Coordinate public marketing events and attend them in person to ensure strong ROI.
• Serve as Nicole's HubSpot interface; pull contacts, deals, and histories when needed.
• Support and sometimes build outreach email campaigns in HubSpot.
• Manage HubSpot leads and deals pipelines; keep data accurate and current.
• Track sales activity and prepare meeting playbooks for client meetings.
• Represent Moss Consulting at events when Nicole is not present; remove friction from her day.
• Learn Moss Consulting's services to explain value and connect potential clients to the right resource.
