Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Specialist to own HubSpot platforms and drive automation, lead generation, and performance analysis. This hybrid role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in Sedalia, MO.

You will manage Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, build campaigns, and refine lead scoring and workflows while analyzing data to deliver actionable insights. Collaboration and training skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub/CRM experience.
• Proficiency in email marketing, lead generation strategy, and data reporting.
• Strong collaboration, training, and communication skills.
• Preferred: HubSpot certifications; HTML/CSS knowledge; GA4/Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Build and execute marketing campaigns including emails, landing pages, and CTAs.
• Create and refine lead scoring models and nurturing workflows.
• Analyze campaign and CRM data to generate actionable insights.
• Support integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, and GA4; provide training to internal teams.
