Mondo is seeking an expert-level HubSpot Marketing Operations Consultant to optimize HubSpot, resolve integration gaps with Salesforce, and run day-to-day campaign operations for a B2B demand generation team.

The role requires 5+ years in HubSpot Marketing Ops within a B2B environment, expert proficiency in HubSpot workflows, list segmentation, lead scoring, dashboards and campaign execution, and availability during EST core hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot Marketing Operations experience in a B2B environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot including workflow builds, list segmentation, lead scoring, dashboards, and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot–Salesforce integrations.
• Strong track record managing lead lifecycle, MQL routing, and data hygiene across marketing and sales platforms.

Responsabilités

• Audit and optimize the client's HubSpot instance, including workflows, architecture, lead scoring, and data flows.
• Build and execute email campaigns, including templates, list pulls, nurture sequences, landing pages, and forms for online events and conferences.
• Diagnose and resolve HubSpot–Salesforce sync issues, including data discrepancies and lead handoff failures.
• Upload and manage lists with proper scoring and routing to support MQL generation and lead management.
• Review and improve dashboards and reporting to ensure data accuracy and surface actionable insights.
• Identify and close gaps in data quality, including enrichment and segmentation logic.
• Partner with demand generation managers and internal stakeholders as an embedded team member.
