Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year experience or HS diploma with 2 years HubSpot experience.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing, automation workflows, and CRM best practices.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Familiarity with data reporting and basic analytics.
• Ability to work onsite in Hoboken, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM, marketing automation, emails, and workflows.
• Set up and refine automated email sequences, lead nurturing campaigns, and contact segmentation.
• Maintain sales pipelines, automate follow-ups, ensure data accuracy.
• Create and optimize landing pages, emails, and forms.
• Generate reports and track performance metrics for marketing and sales.
• Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and train team members.
• Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry trends.
