The Sage Group is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns. You will build, launch, QA, and monitor campaigns across email, webinars, events, and other initiatives within HubSpot and related platforms.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in marketing operations and hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms, with a focus on data quality, troubleshooting, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo or SFMC).
• Strong QA, data accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain workflows, automations, and campaigns in HubSpot across email, webinars, events, and programs.
• Support day-to-day campaign execution: create and schedule emails, forms, and assets.
• Perform thorough QA before launches: check links, personalization, audience, tracking, and setup.
• Monitor automation processes and troubleshoot workflows, lead routing, and handoffs.
• Identify and help resolve sync errors between HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain clean campaign data and ensure consistent marketing processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams for launches and optimization.
