QuantumLoopAI is seeking a hands-on HubSpot CRM Implementation Assistant for a 1-month full-time contract, with potential extension. You will build pipelines, automations and reports to underpin sales, support and account management, working closely with the founders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM for sales operations.
• Proven ability to build pipelines, automations and reporting dashboards.
• Experience with lead routing, properties, sequences and deal lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into HubSpot builds and tailor sales pipelines.
• Create and manage automations, workflows and sequences for sales ops.
• Set up dashboards and tracking for cross-team performance.
• Assist with HubSpot integrations via APIs, Zapier and native connections.
• Document configurations and handover materials for onboarding.
