Job summary

WestAir Gases and Equipment, Inc. is seeking a CRM Administrator to manage HubSpot across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Service hubs. You will ensure data accuracy, configure workflows, and deliver user-focused training to maximize HubSpot value.

You will build dashboards, monitor metrics, and collaborate with IT and Operations to support CRM initiatives and continuous improvement. A strong background in B2B processes is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience; Sales Hub required; Marketing/Service Hub preferred.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining workflows, custom properties, and reports in HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, ideally in distribution, industrial, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator and daily point of contact for all HubSpot hubs.
• Develop and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and lead routing.
• Maintain data integrity with governance, validation, and deduplication.
• Create dashboards and recurring reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.
• Provide HubSpot training and ongoing support to users across teams.
