Job Description:

We seek a seasoned HubSpot Expert to manage marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies. This role involves working independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering top-tier results. Additionally, you will serve as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, supporting marketing and sales tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• HubSpot Management: Manage and optimize the HubSpot suite for seamless performance.
• Workflow Design: Create sophisticated workflows and customer journeys to enhance engagement.
• Social Media Management: Use HubSpot to manage social media campaigns and generate inbound leads.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance to refine strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with sales and management to align marketing efforts.
• Inbound Lead Generation: Generate MQLs and manage the process until prospects become SQLs.
• EA Support: Support the CEO with marketing and sales tasks as required.
