Job summary

UPS in Addison, IL is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee package handlers, lead safety initiatives, and drive productivity and accuracy in a busy distribution environment.

You will train and develop teams, promote a positive, collaborative culture, manage shift operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA requirements. A Bachelor's degree and prior supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication and safety.
• Provide leadership and cultivate positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
