Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and ensure safety, productivity, and attendance standards. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and collaboration across departments to maintain high performance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and preferred management experience, with the ability to lift 70 lbs and work flexible hours in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kg, and able to work flexible shift hours (up to 5 days per week).
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse operations knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience helpful.
