Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (oral and written).

• Experience supervising warehouse staff preferred.
• Laptop/Office software familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups on safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication.
• Implement development plans to support staff growth.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and training completed.
