You will lead with a process-driven approach, focusing on accurate order fulfillment, teamwork, and providing excellent customer assistance when locating auto parts and alternatives.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts to assist with order fulfillment and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: assist with inventory control, stock merchandise, and organize products efficiently.
• Order Fulfillment & Accuracy: pick, pack, and process orders with high accuracy for timely delivery.
• Team Collaboration: work closely with teammates to complete tasks quickly and effectively.
• Customer Support: help customers find auto parts and provide alternatives when needed.
• Safety & Compliance: follow OSHA guidelines and maintain a safe workspace.
• Returns & Restocking: ensure returned items are processed and stocked correctly.
