Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a HUB Lead Package Handler in Nashville, TN to supervise the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. This role partners with Area and Operations Managers to train new hires, support performance metrics, and uphold company values.

The shift runs Sunday through Wednesday from 1:30 PM to 12:00 PM, at 2500 Marty Robbins Dr., Nashville, TN. Located on site, this position offers a comprehensive benefits package and room for growth within a dynamic team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from trailers, conveyors, and sortation equipment.
• Sort, scan, and route parcels to designated areas based on destination or route.
• Provide guidance and direction to package handlers during assigned shifts.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Monitor workflow and help balance labor to meet volume and service timelines.
• Reinforce safety practices and proper lifting techniques.
