Job summary

OnTrac in Houston, TX is seeking a Lead Package Handler to oversee offloading, loading, and sorting of packages. You will train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values while working closely with Area and Operations Managers.

Location at 11440 Tanyard Creek Dr., Suite 1, Houston, TX, and part-time hours from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Benefits and a structured work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from trailers, conveyors, and sortation equipment.
• Sort, scan, and route parcels to designated areas based on destination or route.
• Provide guidance and direction to package handlers during assigned shifts.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
