Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hub operations at assigned facility locations.
• Ensure hub facilities meet client standards (protection protocols and security).
• Manage storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles and APR vehicle needs.
• Oversee vehicle reception and coordinate vehicle setup upon receipt.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and minor inspections.
• Oversee implementation of required vehicle system updates and software per client requests.
• Monitor vehicle uptime and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Plan routes to maximize data collection under varying conditions.
• Continuously optimize routes based on performance data and collection targets.
• Support completion of Dursuite, driver hours control sheets, and driving sheets.
• Assign daily shifts and support dispatch operations (multiple shifts, 7 days/week).
• Monitor personnel performance and conduct evaluations (Samsara tool).
• Support training/onboarding for new team members.
• Ensure all assigned personnel meet qualifications.
• Handle conflict resolution and maintain positive team morale.
• Orchestrate data handling operations per client specifications.
• Manage collection and secure transportation of data storage media.
• Monitor daily data collection progress against monthly targets.
• Provide regular reporting to Project Managers on operational status.
• Identify operational issues and proactively resolve them.
• Report discrepancies in operations or deviations from plan.
• Compile daily and weekly performance metrics.
• Interface with IDIADA senior management and client stakeholders as needed.
