Job Title : Hub Driver

Reports To : Store Manager

SUMMARY

Hibbett | City Gear is seeking dedicated drivers to transport merchandise between Hibbett or City Gear locations. Drivers are responsible for ensuring all boxes are delivered without damage and all merchandise is accounted for. They must maintain their vehicles and keep a clean driving record.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Adhere to delivery schedules
2. Complete shipment logs at each location
3. Load, secure, and transport products safely
4. Document vehicle movements on route sheets
5. Unload merchandise securely and safely
6. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
7. Keep vehicles clean and organized
8. Follow state and federal break laws
9. Protect company assets and financial information, report any fraud risks to management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license
• At least 3 years of driving experience
• Strong customer service skills for interactions with store personnel and customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, good time management, ability to multitask
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Proficiency with GPS and time management technology
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be insurable under Hibbett | City Gear's insurance
