Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • 7+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategy, supplier management and contract negotiations.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision skills; certifications preferred.

  • Support strategic initiatives, including new product introductions, bid activities, product development, and innovation programs.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategy development, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with experience leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred.
