Job summary

Lactalis American Group is seeking a pasteurization operator to standardize milk, operate pasteurization equipment, and ensure product quality and safety. The role requires attention to detail and experience with dairy processing, including CCP monitoring.

Hours are 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm with every 3rd weekend. Compensation includes a base rate plus shift and weekend premiums, plus competitive benefits and tuition reimbursement. We value safety, integrity, and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year RSPC experience in a dairy or similar plant.
• Stable and dependable work history required.

Responsibilities

• Standardize milk to fat and protein targets and monitor quality and safety.
• Operate and monitor pasteurization, concentration, and separation steps.
• Maintain records of production data, inventory, and sanitation activities.
• Monitor CCPs and oPrP, alert Food Safety Team if issues arise.
• Troubleshoot RSPC system to minimize downtime and downtime.
• Ensure compliance with Lactalis policies, OSHA standards, and safety rules.
