Job summary

WalmartRobinson, TX is seeking a production operator responsible for scheduling, processing, and monitoring HTST systems. You will coordinate CIP and chocolate batching, maintain clean areas, and escalate any deviations while following safety procedures.

You will work with managers and teams to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and participate in safety training. A strong sense of teamwork and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OSHA and SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule processing and production of product and monitor HTST systems.
• Ensure cleaning before and after use and maintain clean work areas.
• Coordinate CIP systems and chocolate batching as needed.
• Identify process deviations and escalate to management.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Participate in safety trainings and drills and report hazards.
