Responsibilities

• Schedule processing and production of product.
• Monitor HTST system and daily PMO-compliant operations.
• Coordinate CIP systems per PMO and food safety plans.
• Identify process issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and partners to set priorities and deadlines.
