Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an HTST & Evaporator/Dryer Operator to join its dairy processing team. The role offers an evening/night shift with a 4-day schedule and pays $19.94/hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate milk and cream pasteurization (HTST), evaporator, and dryer equipment.
• Monitor production and adjust equipment to meet quality specifications.
• Operate CIP cleaning systems and maintain sanitation standards.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, including gaskets, valve seals, and equipment tear-downs.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and sanitation records.
• Follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work closely with the intake and loadout teams to keep production running smoothly.
• Assist with inspections, cleaning, and other plant duties as needed.

$19.94/hour | 4-Day Schedule | Evening/Night Shift

Join our production team and play an important role in turning fresh milk into high-quality dairy products and non-fat dry milk powder. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and being part of a team.

Your Schedule

• Monday:5:00 PM–5:00 AM
• Tuesday:5:00 PM–2:00 AM
• Thursday:5:00 PM–5:00 AM
• Friday:5:00 PM–2:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Operate milk and cream pasteurization (HTST), evaporator, and dryer equipment.
• Monitor production and adjust equipment to meet quality specifications.
