Job summary

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and SOPs at all times.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Willingness to work OT and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate HTST processing system and CIP; record time, temperature, pressure, and flow.
• Monitor sanitation, bacterial control, and sterilization in the process area.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with packaging lead for timely startup and handoff.
• Maintain logs and write routine reports per USDA and company requirements.
